MetCon is a privately owned company founded in 2010 to bring to market a newly invented, patented, environmentally safe, electrochemical process for conditioning titanium. Our production facility is centrally located in Monaca, PA, convenient to many metals producers.

The MetCon process represents the largest cost reduction in the production of titanium since the introduction of electron beam hearth melting in the 1980s. In metals terms the company and the process are new, but daily we are demonstrating results that any producer of titanium will appreciate.

Our processing plant was designed and purpose-built for mill products. Single or multiple piece per load capacity is limited by weight at 17,500 pounds and tank size which is 24 feet long, 32 inches wide and 6 feet in depth.
